Description
The SS50 static inverter uses solid-state circuitry to invert a 500 VA, 28 VDC input to a 115 VAC, 60 Hz sine wave output. It features a crystal-controlled oscillator for output frequency stability and a pulse-width-modulated square-to-sine-wave power conversion scheme for efficient and reliable operation. The SS50 inverter provides power for laptop computers, audio/video entertainment systems, portable electronics, microwave ovens, coffee makers, and medical equipment in airborne, marine, and ground mobile applications.
