Purchasing and Payments

You can purchase directly from our website, but if you with to receive the support from our knowledgeable staff, you will need to open an account by filling a form that your dedicated account representative will provide you. Once your account is opened, we accept purchase orders to start accepting your orders.

We accept all form of payments PayPal, Credit cards: Discover, American Express, Visa or MasterCard. We also accept wire transfers, cashiers check and corporate checks, however corporate checks must clear our account in order for the items to ship out. 

Unfortunately, we do not provide line of credit or extend net terms. 

What kind of products do you sell?

We only sell New, HPE Renew and HP Recertified products.

HPE Renew is a refurbished program by HPE, the products are certified refurbished with same as new warranty provided by HPE. To learn more, visit our page on the HPE Renew Program.

These are products that go through a refurbishing process of testing, identifying and replacing and broken/defective parts and are restored back to their original condition and performance by the manufacturer. To read more, go to our HP Recertified Program.
